Why I chose Young Living?
So who else thought all essential oils were the same? or at least close to it?
I know I did. I bought oils at Mother's Market, Whole Foods, Sprouts & oils from other companies online because I thought they were all comparable. Thankfully I could smell the Young Living difference at first sniff so I remained curious, researched & quickly realized they are not even close to the same!

To my surprise, I also realized that Young Living's oils are priced very competitively. I always heard they were "too expensive" before I purchased YL & that is not the case at all. I encourage everyone to see where other companies get their oils. If you come across a company that says they source their own oils,
how do they ensure that the farms are regularly testing the soil for toxins & toxic residue?
how many years had the soil been clear of toxins before planting?
are they non-GMO & beyond organic? What do they use for herbicides & pesticides? Young Living uses essential oils, neem oil & other natural remedies — like sheep!
do they rotate the crops in the field & use cover crops?
what are they distilling their plants in? Is it medical-grade stainless steel or aluminum drums? I don't know about you, but I don't want the oils that I am putting on our skin, into the air & into our bodies to have any byproducts from aluminum!
what are they storing the distilled oils in? Plastic jugs or stainless steel?
do they use chemical solvents to clean their distillers (to save money)?
You only know what is IN your oils if you can follow it back to its source & follow its progress from the seedling to the sealing of the bottle.
